Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party payment source may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
q78 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. We have no control over third-party fees and cannot reimburse them.
Funds deposited to q78 are held for the purpose of gameplay only. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without meaningful gameplay activity may be flagged as suspicious and reviewed accordingly.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are issued in PKR. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

q78 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violations or where a chargeback has been initiated on a previous deposit. Withheld withdrawals will be reviewed and the player notified of the outcome.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional rewards offered on q78 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.
Most bonuses on q78 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino games or sports bets. Contribution rates for each category are set out in the individual bonus terms.
Bonuses that are not used or where wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum for a game may be voided and the stake returned. Bets placed below the stated minimum will not be accepted.
